The InnoDV® TVideo 620 supports analog TV including PAL I, PAL B/G, PAL D/K formats and also DVB-T, which is the most talk about digital TV standard at the moment. Digital TV squeezes the information that the viewer can’t see or hear out of a standard analog TV, which means you can fit much more TV channels into the same channel capacity as analog TV. It also has less interference for digital signal transmission and multi-path fading effect therefore allows for better image quality and better reception. It can tune numerous channels automatically for analog and DVB-T however it cannot play analog and DVB-T channels simultaneously.The InnoDV® TVideo 600 is to prepare the market for the worldwide transformation to DVB-T in approximately 2008.
It is bundled with a mini Portable Terrestrial antenna that is approximately 15cm tall and is easily connected to the InnoDV® TVideo 620 via a RF connector. It allows excellent reception whether you are indoors or outdoors.
The InnoDV® TVideo 620 & 600 receives free to air channels and supports EPG (Electronic Program Guide) for DVB-T mode only. The application software allows for user-friendly features these include real time and scheduled program recording, time shifting functionality, which allows you to cut commercials during your favorite TV programs and watch the program whilst still recording. It also supports multi channel preview, teletext, video capture and snapshot. So even whilst traveling you can now edit and upload your holiday adventures on your notebook and share them with family and friends.
